Automated Meter Reading (AMR) System

MUD 132 has converted user water meters to electronic meters and installed an Automated Meter Reading (AMR) system. Customers can now monitor their water usage on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis from their home computer or mobile device. The system also provides alerts when water leaks are detected. The purpose of this program is to promote water conservation and provide a counter measure to the escalating ground water conservation pumpage charges from WHCRWA.

Listed below is the Eye on Water web address. Also videos outlining the program and written instructions on how to register to access your usage from your computer and/or mobile device. It is suggested you review the videos before proceeding.

Computer Setup

1. Visit https://eyeonwater.com/signup on your computer using a supported web browser
2. Enter your service area zip code: 77346
3. Enter your account number from your water bill: 60312-XXXXXXXXXX (use this format).
4. Enter your email address.
5. Create and confirm a password.
6. You will get a confirmation email from BEACON. Verify your email address by clicking on this link. Once you do, you can sign in using your email and password.

If you have two account numbers with MUD 132 and would like to have one login in for both accounts, follow steps 1 to 6 above. Once completed, contact Inframark Customer Service by email at [email protected] or by phone 281-579-4500 to link additional account to login.

Mobile Device Setup

1. Go to the App Store on your Android or iPhone and search for “Eye on Water”. (If using an iPad make sure to select iPhone only from the drop-down menu).
2. Download the free app to your iPhone or Android Phone.
3. Open the App.
4. Tap on the Sign-up button.
5. Tap on “Enter Your Account Information Manually.”
6. Enter your Zip Code: 77346
7. Select your water provider. HCMUD 132
8. Enter your account number from your water bill: 60312-XXXXXXXXXX (use this format).
9. Tap on the next button.
10. Enter a valid e-mail address.
11. Create and confirm a password.
12. Verify you have read the Terms of Service.
13. Tap on the Next button.
14. An e-mail will be sent to the address provided.
15. Click or tap on the link in the e-mail to verify it is valid.
16. You can now sign-in to your account.
